Q: I CURRENTLY MANAGE AN EMPLOYMENT AGENCY, CAN I REALLY OWN MY OWN?
A: Absolutely. You already have the knowledge, and we have the financing and support staff. Why make a $30,000 salary when you can own your own company with unlimited income.

Q: HOW CAN A NEW OPERATION BE PROFITABLE IN 90 DAYS?
A: We are only successful if you are successful. We work along side you from picking a location to getting accounts. Our support staff works the market with databases of potential accounts, point of sale material, and recruiting. When you open your doors you will have active accounts and recruited employees. Our support staff provides all the back of house services so you can strictly concentrate on market share.

Q: WHAT IF I HAVE A NON-COMPETE CLAUSE WITH MY CURRENT COMPANY?
A: Most valued employees do. Our corporate attorneys will review your contract free of charge. If you are approved for a franchise, we cover any and all legal fees associated with litigation should our contract be in violation with your non-compete clause.

Q: I'VE NEVER BEEN IN THE STAFFING INDUSTRY; WOULD I QUALIFY FOR A FRANCHISE?
A: Absolutely — Currently, Midwest Labor's top producers have had no industry experience prior to working with us. Our support system is second to none. Remember — We are not successful unless you are successful.

Q: MOST COMPANIES IN MY AREA ARE LAYING OFF, WHO NEEDS EMPLOYEES?
A: Companies use employment services for a variety of reasons. Some companies just don't want to deal with recruiting, interviewing, and taking care of taxes or insurance. It's more convenient and profitable to out-source it. Other companies reap the value in a "try before you buy" situation and prefer to check the employees' skills and attendance prior to making a hiring commitment. Still others need employees seasonally, or sporadically, and it wouldn't be cost effective to hire full-time employees. Our success lies in giving you the skills and knowledge to access the opportunities in your market.

Q: WE HAVE 7 EMPLOYMENT AGENCIES IN OUR CITY ALONE, CAN I MAKE IT ON MY OWN?
A: Again — Absolutely! Look at McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, etc, etc. Each company has its core customers and offers specials to entice new business. The concept here is the same. The company with the best product, best service, and best competitive pricing wins out. Our training program teaches ways to gain market share without sacrificing gross profit.

Q: DO YOU CHARGE A FEE OR COMMISSION?
A: Midwest Labor has an agreed upon purchase plan depending on location and experience of the owner. The initial investment is as low as $500 for a single unit. We also have territories available for entrepreneurs interested in multi-unit investments. Midwest Labor also charges a percent of the sales dependent upon your choice of corporate support.

Q: WHAT IF AN EMPLOYEE GETS HURT AT A JOB SITE OR I GET SUED FOR SOMETHING?
A: We work with several insurance companies that provide full workers compensation and liability packages. We also encourage you to check rates in your area and be insured to your satisfaction. Your obligation to yourself is to make as much money as possible. Checking rates annually against the offered coverage is simply good business.

Q: I AM INTERESTED, WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP FOR ME?
A: Simply email us and we'll send you an Franchise Opportunity Package. After you've had a chance to review our material, feel free to visit one of our locations and check us out. Again, we are only successful if you are successful. There are no hidden costs or surprises, just an opportunity for legitimate success in your own business.
