Steve Manske is the company founder and President of Midwest Labor. Steve has over 20 years of staffing experience in both the hospitality and staffing industries. Midwest Labor's success can be traced to Steve's entrepreneur spirit, and his dedication to our individual franchisee's. Steve lives in Madison and has one teenage daughter.

Pat Anderson is Midwest Labor's Director of Operations. Pat's 27 years experience in just the staffing industry alone speaks for itself. Pat's ability to coordinate our corporate and franchise operations is the driving factor behind Midwest Labor's growth and consistency. Pat has recently relocated to the La Crosse area.


CURRENT POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Director of Sales and Marketing
This position would include overseeing our entire sales force and encompassing our "team selling concept". This candidate would provide strategic planning and implementation of new markets, and continue to develop a solid National sales and marketing program. The position does require 50% travel. Salary, bonus, and benefits to 100K.

Executive Secretary
Reporting directly to our Director of Operations and President, this fast paced, detail oriented position is being newly created. The ideal candidate would have experience in both franchising and employment law. Salary and Benefits to 60K.

Inside Sales Representative
We have two positions available. The first is working with our National accounts team to develop market share accross the US. The second is working with the existing franchises and securing accounts that use our service in more than one Wisconsin location. Salary, bonus, and benefits to 40K.
